Why BizSpheres exists

A short explanation of what we’re building and how we make decisions about what goes on the site.

BizSpheres started from a simple frustration: most job boards either bury useful listings under noise, or dump advice that’s too generic to act on. We wanted one place that does two things well — organise real opportunities by category, and pair them with career guidance that’s specific enough to actually use.

What we do

We group job listings into a small number of categories — IT & software, sales & marketing, remote & freelance work, customer support, government positions and internships — so you can go straight to roles that fit your situation instead of scrolling through everything. Alongside listings, we publish career guides on resumes, interview preparation and remote work habits, written in plain language without recycled advice.

How we choose what to publish

  • Listings are organised by category and role type, with plain descriptions of what the work involves.
  • Career guides are written to solve one specific problem at a time rather than covering a topic broadly.
  • We link out to hiring organisations directly rather than acting as a recruitment agency ourselves.
  • We flag where a listing needs direct verification with the employer — see our disclaimer for details.

Who it’s for

BizSpheres is built primarily for job seekers in Pakistan looking at local and remote opportunities, along with anyone comparing categories of work — from public-sector roles to freelance and remote positions — before deciding where to focus their search.

What’s next

We’re adding more categories, expanding the career-guide library, and working toward direct partnerships with employers so listings stay current. If you’re an employer with a role to advertise, or a reader with feedback, our contact page is the fastest way to reach us.
